How do I apply for a business account?

To apply for a Corza Medical business account, click here.

A Corza Medical business account will enable you to:

  • View your complete Corza Medical order history and track your recent orders
  • View prices and purchase industry-leading brands, including Quill Barbed Suture, Sharpoint Plus Surgical Suture, and Sharpoint Microsuture
  • Purchase products through the Corza Medical website via either invoice or credit card
  • Pay outstanding invoices for orders that were placed online or offline

How do I reset my password?

If you need to reset your pass word, you can do so via the forgot password page

Type the email address associated with your ecommerce account and click submit. You should receive an email from Corza Medical with a link you can use to create a new password. If you do not receive an email, please contact us and we can assist you.

How do I view my order history?

The Corza Medical ecommerce store enables customers to review the status of order regardless of whether they were placed online or offline.

To view your order history

  • Log in to your ecommerce account
  • Navigate to your account dashboard
  • Click "Order history and invoices"
  • The shipments order history and invoices page will display your 10 most recent orders that have been processed and invoiced. Click the "View details" link next to the order if you would like to view more details, download an invoice,    or repeat the order. If the order you want to track does not appear on this list, you can use the search fields to find it; alternatively you can scroll to the bottom of the list and click "Show next 10 orders."

How do I repeat a previous order?

To repeat a previous order

  • Log in to your ecommerce account
  • Navigate to your account dashboard
  • Click "Order history and invoices"
  • The shipments order history and invoices page will display your 10 most recent orders that have been processed and invoiced. Click the "View details" link next to the order you would like to repeat. If the order you want to track does not appear on this list, you can use the search fields to fined it; alternatively you can scroll to the bottom of the list and click "Show next 10 orders."
  • Click the orange "Re-order" button. This will place the contents of the order into your shopping cart. You can then add additional items or adjust the quantity of each item. 

Payment

How do I pay an invoice online?

The Corza Medical ecommerce store enables customers to pay outstanding invoices regardless of whether the order was placed online or offline.

To pay invoices online

  • Log in to your ecommerce account
  • Navigate to your account dashboard
  • Click "Order history and invoices"
  • This will display a list of invoices. The 'Pay' column on the right side of the table will indicate the status of each invoice:
    • Outstanding invoices have an empty box to the right of them. To pay one or more outstanding invoices, click the boxes next to the invoices you would like to pay. Then click the orange "Pay" button at the bottom of the table. At this time, outstanding invoices can be paid online via credit card. If you would like to pay using another method, please contact our accounts receivable team at 484-220-2433.
    • Paid invoices have a green checkmark to the right of them.
    • Past due invoices will have a red 'X' next to them. Past due invoices can not be paid online. If you are paying past due invoices, please contact our accounts receivable team at 484-220-2433.

How do I check on the status of an order?

The Corza Medical ecommerce store enables customers to review the status of order regardless of whether they were placed online or offline.

To check on the status of an order:

  • Log in to your ecommerce account
  • Navigate to your account dashboard
  • Click "My Shipments"
  • The shipments history page will display your 10 most recent orders. Click the "View details" link next to the order you would like to track. If the order you want to track does not appear on this list, you can use the search fields to find it; alternatively you can scroll to the bottom of the list and click "Show next 10 orders."
  • From the shipment details page, the tracking number for your order will appear in the "Track & trace number" field.

Returns

What is the Returns Policy?

Product returns will only be accepted within ninety (90) days of date of invoice (subject to the shorter period for claim reporting in Section 6). Seller’s prior approval to return Product (including Rejected Product) is required. Contact Seller’s Customer Service Department at 877-991-1110 (US) or 732-626 6466 (international) for a returned goods authorization number (“RGA”). The request for Product returns must include the reason, catalog number, lot number, quantity, invoice number and RGA. All items must be returned unopened, in full boxes only, and, with the exception of Rejected Product, are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Product that has been opened, damaged or tampered with and Product manufactured on a “special order” or “custom order” basis, is not returnable.
